After 4 years of building our barrel programme we're pleased to be able to release our first blend. When brewing and filling barrels we try to develop some variety for blending purposes by using different techniques, recipes, barrels and cultures. This blend consists of 3 different barrels: A 2 year old spontaneous barrel, a 2 year old wild ale barrel (turbid mash, aged hops, coolship, fermented with a mixed culture and an 18 month old mixed ferm. barrel (pils/wheat, young hops, no coolship, mixed culture).
