We have a special treat for you, introducing our decadent limited release Monk-like Mary.  This Belgian Quad has had raisins poured into the whirlpool intensifying the dried fruit character of a pretty fruit forward example of the style. Leaving you with layer upon layer of complexity. With flavours and aromas of lightly roasted specialty malts, dried fruit, Belgian candi sugar and restrained spice.  To make it even more special it’s been aged for 5 months in Pōkeno Whisky Barrels (that previously held sherry aged whisky) to up the decadent sherry and toasted American oak flavours.
